How the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee works?

We recommend that the client can check the work whenever possible, especially in the first cleanings and Deep cleaning.

When the client cannot check the service, we ask for feedback within 24 hours and if possible photos of the places that were not cleaned to evaluate and send the team cleaning to re-clean the areas mentioned at no additional cost.

Note that when personally checked on the cleaning day and given the ok, the cleaner will only return on the next appointment in case of a complaint.
